AdventHealth will close its drive-up testing site in Sanford Friday, May 1, to support the reopening of the Seminole Towne Center. The remainder of the six drive-up locations, including one in Leesburg, will continue to operate next week with adjusted hours from 9am-noon. The change is being made to better align resources with demand, a news release states.

The following sites will be open from 9am-noon Monday-Friday:
Lake-Sumter State College in Leesburg
Daytona International Speedway
Mall at Millenia in Orlando
Osceola Heritage Park in Kissimmee
Posner Park in Davenport
Flagler/Palm Coast campus of Daytona State College

Those who wish to be tested should register online at adventhealthcoronavirustesting.com. You do not need a doctor’s order before arrival. There are no out-of-pocket costs, regardless of insurance status. AdventHealth will cover the cost of those who are uninsured. The test consists of spitting into a cup. To date, more than 15,000 Central Floridians have been tested at AdventHealth drive-up testing sites. For updates, visit adventhealthorlandonews.com.
