New leaders at AdventHealth

Michelle Rosato is now regional administrator of oncology services and Lisa Bemboom is the new regional business development director for AdventHealth hospitals in Flagler, Volusia, and Lake counties. Michelle’s responsibilities include developing a patient-centered cancer program with an interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary framework.

With nearly 20 years’ experience in radiation oncology operations, she has led her teams in delivering safe, high-quality cancer care. Lisa is responsible for business development and provider recruitment strategy, ensuring the analysis and identification of growth opportunities, along with providing support for activities related to sales, marketing, client relations, operations, and practice management. 

With more than 25 years in the health-care industry, Lisa brings proven leadership skills and an expertise in operations and business development. She earned two bachelor of science degrees from the University of West Florida and her juris doctorate from Florida State University College of Law. Established in 1973, AdventHealth is a faith-based, nonprofit organization.
