BEGINNER
Start: Soles of the feet together. Can use an Ab Mat for assistance and low back support. Lean back, extend your arms behind you
Finish: Arms are fully extended overhead, use the momentum of bringing your arms forward to assist you back up into the start position
WeightedSit ups
INTERMEDIATE
Start: Soles of the feet together. Can use an Ab Mat for assistance and low back support. Lean back, extend your arms behind you add a weight ball for extra resistance
Finish: Arms are fully extended overhead, use the momentum of bringing your arms forward to assist you back up into the start position
Toes to dumbell
ADVANCED
Start: Start lying flat on the ground, legs fully extended and 2 moderately heavy dumbbells above head,
Finish: Contract core and bring your feet up as high as you comfortably can. Ideally to the dumbbells but you can stop sooner if need be.
